It's nice to know I'm not the only one crazy enough to enclose my window unit and duct the hot air outside!
Sadly the experiment failed due to the hosing not being insulated and not having a high enough flow. The hose is about 6 inch from one side to another (double diameter? *shrug*)
If I need to, I will try again using two of each pipe for both input and output of the hot side and then cover them in some sort of insulating material.

I'm using twin 8" dryer ducting hoses. I'm only ducting the hot air from the back coils, not the inlet vents on the sides and top. Sometimes it gets so hot it melts the duct tape that's holding it together. Got any suggestions for me?

I do not think that the picture of the lamp is the inverted and cropped picture of the girl. The transition from the lamp's "pole" to the lamp's "base" seems too square to be part of a thong (I hope that made some sense).

My favorite has the be the hand on the mouse. It's subtle enough that most people would never look twice at it, yet clever enough that the rest of use can enjoy it.

I'm glad you attempted the description - I gave up. It does seem not quite believeable though. How can this be verified - are you up to the research?

Get an in-room unit if you don't have a window for a window unit.

You still need a duct location.

The ducts run to a window.

Technically, the window unit is IN a window... but the window opens into an enclosed porch area that gets waaay too hot. So the ducts run to the porch's window.
