UK police deny responsibility for poster urging parents to report kids for using Kali Linux

Updated: Using Discord, too, is apparently a warning sign that your child is turning into a naughty hacker.

Since this is a tech forum, and this is a news article, I thought I'd post it.

First, the poster certainly preys of parents ignorant of technology.

Second, the UK police say they had nothing to do with it

Lastly, this is generally FUD. I used Kali way back when it was backtrack to test security. I haven't played with it for years, but it was helpful.

Discord is the road to Hell. So it turns our that it's real with finger pointing saying "they did it, but turn in your kids". Well the UK in some regards is like the Nazis and Communists when it comes to turning in your own, surveillance state mentality. We're bad enough but sorry folks in the UK, Big Brother is watching in a real and significant way with heaven knows what consequences.
