my computer at home has more bells and whistles (great video/sound cards, top of the line monitor/speakers, etc), but my work computer is a beast in terms of power (ram/cpu/storage).

My home computer is better than the windows machine I use at work (my laptop), however it is debatable if my Linux machines at work are better.

Home machine: AMD Athalon 64 3200+ Winchester socket 939 on an K8Neo2 Platinum with 1GB DDR 400 Crucial Ballistix (512 x 2)

Linux 1: Dual P4 Xeon 1.7GHz with 1 GB RAM
Linux 2: P4 3.2GHz (flavor unknown) with 1 GB RAM

In a straight up match, I doubt my AMD could take out Linux 2, but I could be wrong.

Home: PIII 700 laptop and desktop (mine and my wife's from college)

work: Dell P4 2.88ghz w/ HT, 512MB, 60GB HDD, Intel Extreme 2, 19inch Dell CRT Flat
home: Sempron2400, 2x256MB, 80GB HDD, R9600Pro, 19inch CTX CRT (got used to 1600x1200 because work, now thinking about getting another one, or 21inch)

but workstations at work is pretty nice though, one ibm rs6000(?), and several other dells with nvidia quatro 500(i think)
