Is your college on a semester or quarter system?

Quarter system ftw.

Shorter length of classes means if you don't like a class, it'll end sooner. Spring breaks has more meaning since it's a break between quarters rather than in the middle of a semester, meaning you have nothing to worry about once it begins. You take less classes at a time so you don't have to be as responsible for as much different material, and it means less finals to take when it comes to that time. Plus, summers are generally longer..

Quarter- only 3 or 4 finals at a time to deal with, and we start way late. 🙂

Um, no. This last quarter I took 3 classes, had 3 midterms, and will have 3 finals which essentially breaks down to an exam for each class every 5 weeks..
