Sounds like they locked your account. The same thing happened to me recently. Every time I tried to buy points I got error code 80169d94 and some "Not available" message. Turns out they randomly audit accounts and if any information is missing/incomplete then they lock the account from buying points and don't tell you about it. Call support and talk to them. It took me about 40 mins and 4 transfers to get them to start the process to unlock the account. It takes about 10 days, they've been trying to call me about it but I've been busy and haven't had a chance to talk to them.
