Guild Wars isn't an MMO. It has never been nor ever will be an MMO. The developers never called it an MMO, it is a CORPG. It is not massively multiplayer. You are limited to 8 people at most to play with. It is really not comparable to any other RPGs, for that matter. Cap level is 20, which you can go straight to and skip the marginal PvE campaign that offers the same equipment to everyone. PvP is the point to the game, the rest is filler. There is not "a lot of stuff to do."
Guild Wars is the biggest letdown I've ever experienced. I feel the pain everytime I put on my Arena.net shirt. I really should throw it away one of these days, but it has more practical use to me than the game did... which I did throw away.
