I prefer foobar myself. I wouldn't necessarily say it's more capable or complete than Winamp (both support lots of plugins), what I like about it is how it actually looks like a standard Windows application instead of being "different" like Winamp or iTunes. Some find this to be too plain, but I prefer the simplicity. I haven't used Winamp for a few years, but when I last used it they still had that crappy low-res design that was okay for 800x600 desktops but looks bad now. You could make it double-sized, but that just made it bigger but pixelated. I also didn't like how there was little room to show the song currently playing so you had to make it scroll the title. Foobar has plenty of room to show the currently playing song, and can be changed to any size like most other windows. There aren't skins for it, but the look can be greatly customized.
