Is water cooling safe?

well its safe in most cases. test the sytem overnight to make sure eveything is nicely sealed. i haven't moved any watercooled cases around so i don't know about transporting them, but i know a few guys with watercooling and they've never had a leakage problem.

just take the extra time and care to do everything right the first time. no second chances if it leaks, hehe.

if your scared don't do it...if you can get past it...do it, i have a watercooled rig, its my main pc, and i bring it to tons of lans, and back and forth from school all the time, no leaks. If you buy quality parts, and do a good job installing it you will be more then fine...but if your overly paranoid its not for you. a quiet pc can be obtained with good airflow and good fans, and you can OC good with fans too...

I just ordered my second Koolance case 650 series. Alot of people do not like this company because they use small diameter tuning for water flow but my runs 30-32 celsuis all the time. It doesn't matter if you have been gaming awhile, it's been real cool..

I haven't had any problems with Koolance.

its all about ambient temperatures...i dont like coolance because i get temps of 16c idle and 20-21c full load....those temps arent bad...they're just not low 🙂

If you don't know enough about it to determine if it's dangerous or safe, it's probably not for you.

If inproper care was taken you could ruin most of your computer, nevermind your 300 dollar card...

If you actually know what you're doing it can produce unreal results in the way of heat reduction and overclockability.

Thats really pricey... 99 bucks a gallon or somthing like that!! I would get it easy, but isnt it less liquidy than water? Wouldnt the pump blow under strain?

My system has been running on the same WC system for about 3-4 years now, Very little problems. (the pump is a submersible and set in a resevoir, the resevoir leak a little, it is fixed now though 🙂)
