Is United Micro Reliable?

I put together a barebones system from them. If you wait about three weeks, you will get a nicely packed box. Everything was put together correctly. It was hard to get anyone on the phone that knew anything about my order. They said for about three weeks, "It should ship out tomorrow". So if you want to wait a while, go for it, but your stuff will be cheaper by the time it gets there.
