I believe so. As I understand it, EECS is a double major in electrical engineering and computer science. You should probably go talk to an advisor tho, I haven't taken classes at Cal for over 2 years. Oh wait, Cal sucks and you have to wait a week to talk to an advisor. 😉 >>
at UCSD you are not allowed to double major with both majors being in the Jacobs School of Engineering, The ECE major has all the same lower division as CSE but the upper division ellective are not open to choice you have to take certain EE classes, with a CS major if your really interested you could take the same classes as the EE guy if you wanted to.
