On what possible cause could you be basing this on? I am unaware of any candidate that had filibuster reform as a major component of their candidacy, and even if they did they would have been told by the Senate to go shove it. The filibuster will someday (hopefully) be changed or eliminated entirely, but it won't be because of a president.
