I've gotten all 6 rebates from Tiger that I qualified for. Granted, I had a heck of a time with the 3 for the Soyo case, but I just kept e-mailing, and I eventually got 'em. It was actually the manufacturer that was the problem and Tiger actually stepped in on my behalf, even though they legally didn't have a horse in the race.
I did have to return an item to Tiger. I originally bought it somewhere else, but looked like they weren't ever going to ship and ruin my daughter's Christmas, so I ordered from Tiger, the 2nd cheapest place online. Of course, 3 days later, both shipped. I had to return one, and even with the return shipping fees, Tiger's was the one to return. They didn't give me any problems, and I still came out about $7 ahead.
Never had to deal with a Tiger RMA though...
