Is thisa bad temp?

i got this computer off a friend and wanted to make sure everything is good.
I have an amd 2600 and i wanted to no if these temps are alrite...

cpu : 58-60
mb: 43

and one of my fans the "power fan" blew threshhold.

any help appreciated. thnx

60 is fine, it's not even worth worrying about until you hit 70.

By the sounds of it, my guess is that the PSU fan started running too fast, but as cryptic as that message is, it's impossible to really tell.
