Can someone please help my ignorance out here? I'm thinking of buying this. No monitor. Is it worth $729.00?

Looks like a deal, compared to this, but i'm not a small business and this is in the small business store.

Anyone can but from the Small Business store. That's where I got my most recent PC. The only bad part about the SB store is their lowest model (2350) doesn't an AGP port, so you have to wait for a deal on the 4500 or higher.

Just watch Ben's Bargains or the deals forum here for a deal. For $729, however, I'd say you'd get your money's worth with that system, but if you wait you might find a better deal, like free DVD burner upgrade :D
