You should keep calling back IMMEDIATELY after hanging up with them (hopefully you'll get the same CSR) and then bitch and moan about how you hope THIS CSR knows how to do h/is/er job, because the LAST one you talked to was a complete idiot who didn't know corporate policies, etc.

LOL, that'd be tight.
