I have Windows 2000 Pro OS, and I am looking to upgrade to a Windows XP operating system.

I found this deal for what is advertised as Windows XP Pro full version with SP2, however the price ($55 + shipping) is far less than what I have usually seen for Windows XP Pro full version. Is this deal legit (full Windows XP Pro OS for $55), or am I missing something.

Edit: It doesn't include a COA label or sticker, and there is no technical support provided by the software manufacturer. How important are those two things?

Sounds like a corporate version with a stolen Key.

No, it's not "legitimate".

Remember that if you give this vendor your credit card, you are giving it to somebody who is already selling illegitimate software. If you dig into their "price list", you'll find that the only product that is actually in stock is the illegitimate volume licensed XP Professional.

If the price is significantly lower than Newegg's price (XP Professional OEM is $135), then something's wrong.
