Is this webpage non-intuitive?

It's not intuitive. Someone who has never worked with computers might think it is, but it doesn't look like a regular web based form.

I would think that they intentionally did that for IE users and the text boxes in Opera are a bug :)

not the way most forms look online... they don't look like text entry boxes. Looks like something to print out and write on.

However, then you can see the "submit" button at the bottom so...

I believe one of the first rules of UI is to make UI that the user is already familiar with. Mallow puts it right when he says it's not the way most forms look.

Definately. If you sent me that I would probably just fill out the email address and submit it.

The form should be shaded light gray with the editable fields boxed and white.
