is this true about milk?

<< mmm... vitamin rich air... can't wait till they sell that like oxygen water... >>

does that mean if i boil it longer it makes oxygen??? maybe i should try to drink it when its still bubbling, then i wont have to breath:Q

The vitamins and proteins in milk will denature if the temperature is raised too high. However, they do not evaporate into the air.

Why would you want to boil milk? Heat yes, boil? I can think of no reason 🙂

<< I only you knew how bad milk really was for you. You'd stop drinking it forever. >>

Replace the word milk with the word food.

What a crock...

Please fill us in on the details because I get the feeling it is nothing more than bullshit.

Please don't. There was already a thread on this with some Aters posting some random links to internet doctors and to studies they didn't even read themselves and consequently misinterpreted. It's just too painful to listen to it. If you think milk is bad for you, don't drink it. If you like it, yay you.

That's showing them, thanks for the link.

So now that we all know that cow milk is bad, restaurants should serve human breast milk, having it on tap when you want it.

That didn't show me anything.

that article didnt show crap. well besides its not a good idea to give cow's milk to infants younger then 1 yr old. wich is fine you should have breast milk still on "tap". And if you cant do that the mix for them is just as good.

Granted i have read in a few papers that milk is not as good for you as they claim but it is not BAD for you. IF you enjoy it (its great with cereal and doughnuts!) then go ahead you arent hurting yourself.
