Question Is this the power cord for my PSU?

The PSU is a 620W Seasonic. The cord ("Linetek" 18AWG) I think goes with it says it's 125V 10A.

Does that sound about right? It's the amperage that has me wondering.

Why are you concerned with the amperage rating? It is more than sufficient for the psu.

I'm not an electrician or electrical engineer, but I expected it to support 15A. But again, this isn't my area of expertise.

120V*10A=1200W. More than enough to power your PSU. You don't have to be an electrician to know basic electrical theory. Didn't they teach you this in high school physics? P=VI ring a bell?

Put another way, that 620W PSU, assuming 80% efficiency, would be pulling 775W at the wall. Divided by 120V, it would only be pulling around 6.5A. That cord can easily support that.
