On another note, after watching parts of the Bills/Skins game last night, the Bills are doooomed this season. But, a couple of the guys I worked with are Bills fans. As one of them put it, this season is a lot different than last season. Last season, people were hoping for a good year, so they felt let down. This season, no one expects anything, so there won't be as much disappointment. But, after the Skins defense (near the bottom of the league last year 28 out of 32 http://espn.go.com/nfl/statistics/team/_/stat/total/position/defense ) had very little trouble handling the Bills offense, either the Skins got THAT much better (and perhaps they did; preseason rankings in such really don't matter, but they are in the top 10 statistically this preseason) or the Bills are really, really going to suck.
I don't think my Cowboys will do all that hot, maybe a 1 and out in the playoffs. The only reason they'd get there is that the NFC East as a whole is kind of wonky right now. Not the usual powerhouse they historically are.
They do have the Redskins with RG3, but he's yet to prove he can stay healthy, and the team around him is pretty wonky (I know that feels, being a Dallas native lol). Still, I would take a half-broken RG3 over a Romo 😉
The Redskins and Giants both appear to be solid teams this year. If RGIII can't stay healthy, Cousins has proven that he's as capable a quarterback as just about any other quarterback in the NFL. The Redskins have a lot of depth at quarterback. Morris is a monster of a running back. And, their defense, so far, looks a hell of a lot better than it was last year. I think that they're a better team than they were last year - and RGIII apparently has learned how to slide. 😉 They split with the Giants last season, the Giants winning one of those games on a 70-some yard pass to Cruz with about a minute left in the game.
And, as much as it pains me to say it, Dallas is a decent team this year. Not better than the Giants and Skins, but they're certainly not a craptastic team. It's a fairly strong division again, except for the Eagles.
It appears Sanchez may have put Jets fans out of their misery by injuring his throwing shoulder.
The over/under on Geno Smith's interceptions this season is now at 30.
Here's a thought. Tim Tebow may be available.
Yeah those 2nd and 3rd interceptions by Smith were terrible. And to top it off he pulls a Dan Orlovsky for the safety.
And what was up with the running game? 29 attempts for a measily 39 yeards? Jesus this could turn out to be a very long season for the Jets and Rex Ryans last.
Tim Tebow is a virgin and doesn't believe in pre-marital sex, so he cannot be the Jets quarterback as an important part of that role is to completely fuck the season.
Gee, we had such high expectations.
I agree, most Giant fans are permanant fixtures at the stadium. They get their season tickets and sit in their seats eating nachos and drinking beer until their side-fat oozes through the little slot underneath the arm rest. The side-fat typically ossifies after week 14 or 15.
They used to use cranes to remove them, but then decided it would be easier to just wrap them up in blankets and allow vendors to continue selling them salted peanuts and cotton candy through the offseason.
🙁Cowboys fan jealous of the Skins for some reason, for anything...finally! I EAT YOUR TEARS!

You know, as excited as I get for football every year, I haven't watched a single pre-season game. Michigan has their first game this year on Saturday (I watch both). I think I'm just shocked how fast the year went, its almost like football had no gap between seasons 🙁
First undrafted rookie QB to start a season opener, if it happens. Bring on the pain, New England. I've got the lube. The Bills plan to start undrafted rookie Jeff Tuel week 1 against the Patriots

I can understand why the Bills had to part ways with Fitzpatrick but they had Tavaris Jackson

The only thing that scares me about Kaep is that he tends to start shaky until he gets a few completions under his belt. Once he gets a little confidence though, he seems to do really well.Wow Kaep looked real good on that TD drive..

Well, if that's the last play of Tim Tebow's NFL career he goes out with a touchdown pass.
Bring on the Bills!
Where is the official NFL season thread?
I didn't see the game. Did he actually play against anyone who will be on an NFL roster this season?
The Hawks are going to win it all this year.
Better get prepared for all that butthurt, maybe there is a salve or ointment?
