So at this point, we should expect all Packer WRs to tank from here on out... maybe except for Nelson. I need to drop Boykin right?

Damn, son. What's your roster look like?

Not PPR, no flex.

QBs - T.Pryor, M.Glennon
RBs - T.Richardson, Z.Stacy, J.Bell, D.Wilson
WRs - T.Smith, S.Smith, M.Brown, D.Avery
TE - C.Fleener

DEF/Kickers change every week almost.

I missed horribly on my draft picks (TRich and DWilson were 1st and 2nd rounders), picked Freeman as my QB, picked Finley who is now injured, actually drafted K.Allen and then dropped him after a week for someone I don't remember.. ugh. Its a team of major disappointments and suckitude.

I'm dropping Boykin. I know the matchup against Philly looks ok on paper, but I'm not high on Seneca and it's too risky. There are better options on the WW for this week, like Mike Wallace (some idiot dropped him) or even Doug Baldwin. I would make sure you find a couple of players to replace him first, or maybe you need the extra spot on your bench if your receivers are deep.

In one league:
First pick Foster (second overall)
Fourth pick McFadden (Gore was gone 2 picks before me)
Fifth pick Wayne

In another league:
Second pick A. Rodgers
Third pick Julio
Fifth pick Wayne

I am struggling to find people.

What's your record? Do you have a remote shot at making the playoffs?

For a 20 team league I actually expected your team to look much worse. Sucks that you have to continue with T-Rich and hold onto Wilson as there is probably nothing but 3rd string running backs on the wire.

Just an idea.

Would you guys do a Ruben Randle for Kendall Wright Trade?

I'd rather have randle. Take the guy who could win you the league if there is an injury and has 4tds in his last 4 games despite being a 3rd reciever. Yeah he did have a 0 pt week, but that was a freak game where they were mostly going against Mat Barkley. There was no need to bother scoring they could just sit back and kick field goals all game.

3-6 with no real shot at the playoffs. Top 8 make it in, worst record in the top 8 is 5-3. I'm not gonna mind knocking on the door though. :whiste:

Foles is very likely Philly's starter for the rest of the season, and they will be in division contention for the East for the remainder of the season (lol, NFC East).

It is a crazy offense that, when it clicks, obviously clicks. Going against GB's suspect secondary next week, too.

So many decent QB's on the WW this week. Foles, Keenum, and Cutler! Wow. I also like Glennon, I think he's underrated. I want to play Locker vs JAX but Foles is so tempting. I'll probably pick up Keenum as a FA and stash him since everyone and their mom is gunning for Foles. Keep in mind that Foles was playing the 6th worst defense in the league, and 7th worst Pass Coverage. However, Green Bay is barely better in PC and Washington the week after is the worst in the league. Ugh.

If its ppr and you are looking for a consistent #3 WR then do it, you are pretty much guaranteed to get around 11 points a game but his ceiling is low.

If it's standard then keep Randle.

That's the spirit! Hell, if I couldn't make the playoffs I'd still play like I was. I hate it when people just give up because it's not going the way they want it to. What's the point of even playing if you're gonna quit part way through?

Yeah, if you're league leader in points but 5th place your team is solid. That's just bad luck.

I'm top 3 in points, but in 7th place with top 3 points against. There are 3 games I lost by less than 5 points. Every one of those I had points on my bench that could have won me the game. That sucks, that hurts.

But my team is peaking big time, if I can just find a QB, RG3 sucks even though he keeps getting ranked top 6-7. He's killing me. WHY ARE THE "experts" ranking him so highly every week?!. HE SUCKS! The one time I benched him instead and played Foles thinking it was a brilliant move a few weeks ago - RG3=27, Foles=5. Cost me the game, my big bold brilliant move.

My team:
RG3
RB Zac Stacy
RB Jamal Charles (lamar miller to play for this bye week)
WR T.Y. Hilton
WR Fitzgerald
WR Keenan Allen
Flex Jordan Reed (gronk normally goes here)
DEF KC Chiefs
K Garret Hartley

Bench
Josh Gordon (on bye)
Joique Bell (will drop to try for Nick Foles, likely won't get him via FAAB because I only have 14 bucks left)
QB Jake Locker - hoped I could use him over RG3

It's a solid team in a 12 team standard, but weak at QB

I'm about to break a cardinal FF rule, never be a homer and go for your fav team's players. Nick Foles here I come! /facepalm Probably won't get him, two guys ahead of me: 1 has Rodgers and no backup (fail), another has Tom Brady with Vick as the backup (fail).

Dude, bad luck is losing by two points because Seneca Wallace decides to get sacked twice on his last drive of the game and the Bears defense didn't have to face Aaron Rodgers. Just roll with the punches man, I won two weeks ago by 3 points on Monday night. Shit like that is mind numbingly frustrating but luck plays a lot, even when you should statistically crush your opponent... just keep playing the odds and they'll eventually play out. ;)

I usually don't have a problem figuring out who to start (most of the time when I ask questions I'm just looking for confirmation or dissenting opinions to be sure) but I genuinely have an RB/FLEX starting conundrum this week. Here's my current roster in a 12 team PPR:

QB: Philip Rivers (SD vs Denver)*
WR1: Vincent Jackson (TB vs Miami)
WR2: Keenan Allen (SD vs Denver)*
RB1: DeMarco Murray (Dal @ New Orleans)
RB2: Andre Brown (NYG vs Oakland)
TE: Jimmy Graham (NO vs Dallas)*
W/R/T: T.Y. Hilton (Ind vs St Louis)

Bench:
Andre Ellington (Ari vs Houston)
Ryan Mathews (SD vs Denver)
Jarrett Boykin - DROPPING
Percy Harvin - Probably still out
Mike Brown (Jax @ Tennessee)
Nate Burleson - OUT
Brandon Bolden - BYE

K: Kai Forbath

DEF: Indianapolis (vs St Louis)

* = positions I'm confident about
Not sure if I should play Hilton over Vincent Jackson and start someone else in flex spot, or whether to play Ellington or Mathews over Brown or Murray.

I would put A.Ellington in over A.Brown, too risky in his first week back since you don't know how many snaps they'll give him. For your other RB -D.Murray should do decent vs NO. The rest looks great (although I'm not keen on Forbath).

Yeah, I was leaning toward starting Ellington, he's just been so good per run even with a limited amount of touches. Murray I was a little worried about because of how little they ran the ball on Sunday, but in PPR he still got 11 points. Thanks for the input!

SD is going to have to run the football to keep Denver off the field. I would seriously consider playing Matthews. The reason the Redskins got blown out was because they stopped running. The Chargers have to keep that offense off the field.

Your flex is fine. He is the #1 WR in Indianapolis.

Andre Brown
has been practicing for weeks. This is not some random injury that he is sitting out from to come back without practicing at all at game time. If he starts, he should get a bunch of touches.

I'm in 8th place of 12 with highest points in one league. Fortunately I'm still in the playoffs hunt but still sucks.
