Everytime I resize a window my screen starts flashing and gets blocky and then the computer hardlocks even the three-finger salute dosen't work. I'm using Win2K pro SP2 with the 4.37 4n1's and the 23.11 det drivers on a geforce3 ti 200 (not overclocked) and the latency patch and a Asus TUV4X board and a PIII 933. Other hardware includes: Linksys nic, Soundblaster Live-Gamer (Audigy won't work with my raid card :disgust: ) Adaptec 1200a ide raid (2x 40gb Maxtors raid0) and Zoom 56k modem.

No, the infinite loop problem is a BSOD with an nv4_disp.dll error.

Do you have the latest BIOS for your motherboard? And try some newer drivers - the 2311s are quite old.

Yeah I got the latest bios (1005) but I' don't trust the 27.00's cause I had this problem with those first I guess I can always go back to the 21.00's

Did this problem just start or has your system always done this? Installed anything new? Hardware? Software? Updated any drivers? More info.

BFG10K - Why do you say the 2311's are "quite old"? They've only been around for 3 or 4 months, right? You make it sound like they're 649's! Actually, I guess in the tech world, 3 or 4 months does qualify as "quite old"! 😛

I just did a reformat of my hdd but other than that the only new thing is the 23.11 det drivers I had the raid card for a while but I wasn't using it cause of problems between the raid card and my audigy. So I decided to bite the bullet and go back to the SB-X-Gamer as it didn't have any problems with the raid card. When I put the raid card back in I did a complete reformat of the hdd so that I was starting fresh. When I got the geforce3 card I dl' the 27.70' ( I think) and I had this problem so I went with the drivers that came with the card (PNY) but now I wanted new drivers so I went to PNY's site and it linked me to Nivida's page and I grabed the 23.11 and now this :|
