Is this the CPU everyone is talking about? Athlon XP Mobile The one that can be overclocked much like the older AMD Athlon XP 2500+. Thanks.

Yes, someone correct me if I'm wrong, I've heard that the Athlon Mobiles have an unlocked clock rate. I don't own one but hope to in the future.

That's correct! It's unlocked in all aspects. So heat is the only limiting factor.
