I would say yes with some trepidation. If the phone arrives in mint condition with no defect then yes, I think it is still an excellent deal that will afford you to a pseudo-Nexus experience on Verizon.

I would assume that because even the seller can't rate it an "A", be prepared for a lot of scratches and worn plastic bits.

I should have known he was this type, but when I bought a phone off a friend (it was $20, meh), he claimed it had "cosmetic damage to the case", turned out the frame was completely bent off the screen. "It's cosmetic because it still works fine" "whatever dude if you tried to pull that on swappa it would get sent back"
