Is this software that runs on a MAC?

I don't know what made it specifically, (and you really should have also linked the youtube video here as well), but Quartz can do all that, so although I think it is beyond iMovie or Keynote, it might be Final Cut or something similar.

Oh, and it is Mac, not MAC.
