Is this serious? Popped a zit-cyst on back, internally.

Popped a zit-cyst-thing on my back, but not to open air, instead, somehow, internally. Is this serious?

I took an Aspirin, and 3x 1000mg Vitamin C, and have been drinking tea with lemonade and water.

Edit: Urinated, pretty normal, mostly clear.

I would go to your physician. The danger, from what I know of popping cysts, is not getting all the "juice" out, which can lead to infection.

I had a friend that had some kind of cysts or something like that on his back. He had to have the puss drained/removed and then they packed the hole with gauze which had to be changed regularly to keep it clean.

Must be penance for your mining sins.

I am not a doctor. This is not an acceptable place to get medical advice.

In my useless opinion, as long as you're not getting a fever/infection/nausea/etc and don't see any signs of blood poisoning, you should be fine.

Google has lots of images on blood poisoning if you're not squeamish...

Not necessarily infected and your body will clear the debris. One of my dogs had several of them. The general advice is to leave them alone, unless it is bothersome, or gets infected. They do occasionally resolve by bursting internally.
