Is this rude?

Aimster

Lifer
on my laptop and my brother is playing his video game...

I make a phone call and my brother looks at me and makes a disgusted face and turns up the volume on the T.V.

So who is in the wrong? I find what he did disgusting.. but maybe I am wrong.

He really should turn the TV down if you need to take a call as it's obviously much more important than games, however, you can just as easily talk somewhere else whereas he can't move the TV...

Why is the phone call more important than the game?
I think it's rude. I would have turned up the TV too.

Instead of wining and getting into an altrication. Why dont you just get up and go somewhere else. He's obviously immature and not worth the effort of an argument.

The entire situation and everyone involved is dumb. If you were making the call and not involved in the game then you should have gone somewhere else instead of talking over his game. Your brother is dumb for not just asking you to talk in another room. Your entire family, the house you live in and your laptop are all dumb.

Play video game somewhere else? Kid has a 36" T.V in his room but comes upstairs and takes over the big screen.

If you are going to come out of your room, the living room is for all.

& he was here first, but I don't see how that makes a difference.

The problem is he never leaves his cage (his room) so he doesn't know how it is to be around other people sharing things. I could understand if he was 12 and getting pissed about it, but he is 21. He is probably very upset I am sitting in the same room with him right now on my laptop.

Is anyone else like him? I blame this all on too many video games and spending too much time in the room playing video games.

Dear Aimster's brother,

Please go outside. It's Aimster's turn to be in this room.

Thank you.

I think it is your pleasure to mock me in every one of the threads I make.

Instead of doing that how about you and me give each other kisses instead?

I'll start.. :lips:

You're an easy target. 😉

And really, you should let your brother read that. I was posting to him.

If a sailboat and a large freight ship are crossing paths, the freight ship has the right of way and the sailboat is obliged to change course to avoid collision.

A boat under power must always yield to a sailboat.

But I wouldn't play chicken with a freighter.
