That does sound pretty high for a Radeon 9000. What's the rest of your rig look like?

As for the OP....are you sure it was 8xAA? I'm not even sure that the chip/drivers support that...it may have been defaulting to AA off...

thats what im thinking. might be right with no AA/AF, but i dont imagine an igp would pull those scores with them on.
 
ATI doesn't have an 8xAA mode, and it's likely even 4xAA is silently disabled due to lack of memory (or basically performance--two pipes and 64-bit memory ain't much) for the IGP. Could you tell if any AA was being applied?
 
That seems to be a good score. But ATI doesn't have AF 8x as Pete stated. AA may be disabled because you set it to a value that isn't supported. Try 4x, 6x is too much of a performance killer compared to 4x with barely an image quality increase.
