Is this right?

First off heres my specs.

Biostar M7NCD Pro
AMD Athlon 2700+ 333 FSB
Kingston PC3200 512 CL3
ATI Radeon 9600 Pro
Sound Blaster Audigy LS
Maxtor 7200 rpm 80 gig

So my question is that on this program CPU-Z, which I found a link for on here, says under the Memory tab it says that the frequency is 167.0 MHz. Now I understand that it does two clocks per cycle or what not so that makes the frequency 333 MHz right? Well my question is that my motherboard can run it at 400 MHz but I dont understand how I do that exactly, or can I even? Im not really sure on the whole thing but I know a little about it. Now is it going to be limited to 333 since thats what my processor is? Or is there a way I can chance it some how?

Don't know if this will help but here are the clocks that are under the CPU tab.

Core Speed: 2171.6 MHz
Multiplier: x 13.0
FSB: 167.0 MHz
Bus Speed 334.1 MHz

I also would like to know if these readings are correct for my specs, I just wanna make sure my computer is running at what it should be running at.

To make everything run the happiest in your computer, itd be best to run with a 1:1 ratio. So, 333:333 == 1:1. Happy. B)

Your memory has been approved to run up to 200Mhz, but with AthlonXP's it's best to run memory at same speed as FSB also known as 1:1. You could run memory at 400Mhz and FSB at 333Mhz (3:4), but that would probably make it slower. What you could try is to overclock your CPU by raising your FSB speed and at the same time increase you memory speed. You need to go into your BIOS and configure the speed yourself.
