Is This Related To Spyware?

I'm visiting my sister and her husband in Washington, and I decided to run some spyware checkers on their computer as they hadn't done it before. I ran SpyBot and AdAware. Even with the latest updates, there are a couple of items that I don't seem to be able to zap. I will get it down to two items, then it says to reboot and rerun the program, and there will be three again when I restart.

I don't know if they have anything at all to do with this, though. On two accounts on their machine, the little MicroSoft flag in the top right corner of the IE window has been replaced with a gold ring with a spinning arrow inside of it.

Funky Icon

Anyone recognize it? Is it from a benign program? I find it odd that it only shows up on two of the four accounts on the machine.

Sometimes the internet provider changes the ie logo with their own logo, my parents ie explorer had another logo.

You've tried CWShredder as well?
I checked TDS' website; their logo doesn't seem to match that little arrow. Might be the wrong TDS though, who knows.

Edit: Thanks to Google's image search, I found this page. biostud was right; looks like it is just a logo from TDS;.
