Don't see why it should be fake.

Pretty much any excavator with hydraulic arm should be strong and stable enough to do that, with the appropriate grippy bits.

Looks like the tower was specifically constructed to wedge the tracks and the flange thing that replaced the bucket.

The tower definitely looks built for the purpose. My first instinct is that it's real. Those things have an amazing amount of power.

I used to do crazy sh!t with a fork & slipsheet. But nothing that crazy.

if you look at the front top of the track, it has some sort of structure sticking out. I thought the same thing until I noticed that.
