I guess edited, though with the right lens and distance I think you could make the moon look that big in a photo.
EDIT: Though one or the other would be way out of focus.

It's possible to do in reality, but you'd need a big big telephoto and be shooting up at a really tall building to get the building/moon proportion right.

INSANE telephoto.. Even a 300mm lens makes the moon look very tiny =(

Yup. I think somewhere around the 1500mm range.

EDIT: I don't think you really need to be shooting up at a building though, provided the moon was low to the ground.

I live in atlanta and I assure you the moon never gets that big here. hehe

Seriously tho, the scale of the building relative to the moon is completely wacko in that image. You would have to be about 150ft underground, 8 miles away, and using the hubble telescope as your telephoto lens to get that effect.

PS they have a HUGE tiger (whale?) shark in that thing yo. It was incredible. Other than that, the exhibits still need some development. It should rock in a couple of years when things get established.

if the moon ever looked that big, expect tidal waves and all sorts of weird ocean activity from the gravity changes.

This picture was taken in one of those Pseudo-Sci-Fi movies. Lol, If the moon was that close, it is 30 seconds from colliding with Earth!
