Is this ram compatible with what I already have?

I believe your ram and the ram you picked out are the same based on their model number. Better to have one 2gb stick, but whatever works.
 
That RAM will be fine, however, for not that much more (~$6-$10 more), you could get 2x2GB with the same timings. I like g.skill, too, here's some suggestions:

with heat spreaders - $45

without heat spreaders -$40

Also, having two sticks means your board will be able to make use of dual-channel memory, which gets you another 5-15% depending on the circumstance.
