Is this ram any good?

This site claims that it is GOOD ram...
Manufatures are Micron, Kingmax, and ARC...

Has anyone heard of ARC?
Now ive used Micron & kingmax, but has anyone ever used ARC ram?

it doesn't matter how good the CHIP is if the PCB manufacturing is mediocre.
coz there are tons of Generic mem made with Micron Chip.

and I've never heard of ARC.
