Is this PSU enough?

I have a 340W Enermax PSU powering:
abit IS7
P4 2.4c
Seagate 120gb
Seagate 80gb
Quantum 30gb
ATI Radeon 9000 pro
3 case fans
and some other USB peripherals.

When running MBM 5 all my voltages are off but my system runs fine. Is this PSU supplying enough power and how can I estimate how much I need?

I'll assume you mean 350W since enermax doesn't make 340W power supplies... anyway yes it's powerful enough, there is a thread like this every single day can somebody make the search button glowing in pink or something?

What's causing the all the voltages to be off then?

How far off? 5% tolerance is in spec for most power supplies.
