It seems that the copy function doesn't work well at all. After trying to make numerous copies, I noticed that it is fed incorrectly (when the feeder pulls the paper, it isn't correctly aligned).

Staples hasn't sent the information for the rebate either, and I don't want to wait 6 months to get the money back. I'm going to call the manuf and see if this is a "problem machine" or just poor quality.

Its suprising that nobody really mentioned this problem, so it might be a problem just with my machine.
