Is this power supply good enough for this system?

This is what I am building:
AMD Athlon64 3500+ (90nm)
MSI K8N nForce4 Neo4 Ultra
1GB Corsair XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series (2-3-3-6 T1)
ATI X800 XL (256MB/256 Bits) (PCI-E)
74GB WD Raptor drive 10K RPM SATA
300GB Maxtor Diamondmax 10 SATA - 16MB cache

I'm looking at using the Antec True430 power supply for it.
Antec True430 PSU

This is the output ratings: +5V@36A, +3.3V@28A, +12V@20A, -5V@0.5A, -12V@1A, +5VSB@2A

Is this good enough, will it be stable, and is this enough power to run this system?

Do you already own this power supply, or are you planning on buying it?

You could probably find a better one for that price if you're looking to buy.
Otherwise I'm sure it will power your system fine.
