Alright, from advice from my mom, I took Spanish this year. Spanish itself is okay, but my teacher is like the pickiest grader out of all the Spanish teachers and she's not a better teacher than any of the other Spanish teachers. Anyways, I was informed today that I got a B+ in the class. Thing is, there are so few points in the class, every point makes a difference. It just so happens that during the grading of my Spanish Binder (to make sure it was organized) she took off 3 points from me, those being:
-1 : extra divider
-1 : extra blank, lined sheet paper
-1 : orientation sheet in binder
And today, I got - 10 on my test because she lays her test out different than the normal test and so my answers for one part of the test were in one place and the answers for the other section in the other place. 5 short questions each, and you could tell the answers were just misplaced because the answers were compleatly different. (We had to congugate verbs).
On my final I got deducted whole questions because like I would spell the word without an accent. Like we would have to spell the word that was on the picture, I didn't put an accent on like baligrafo and it was worth 2 points, I got 2 points deducted.
Anyways, I have 1189 / 1347 making my grade a 88.2%. If she had gave me those 10 points from the one test and 3 points from the other I'd have a 89.2%. But if not those points, there are these little points that have always been deducted from me (and not only me, the whole class) would boost me up to an A-..
Onto my question, grades were turned in yesterday but don't get processed until tonight. So, my dad asked to speak to the principal (he called an hour ago or so), just calling up to complain..
I only need 25 points to get the B+ to an A-. You think it will happen and is it possible?
