I want to know if it is possible to connect one workstation to 2 different lans at the same time. The issue is that the WS is currently connected to our main server which has all the files to run our software, but I need to connect it to our sales server so we can take advantage of ADSL. Its running on WIN NT 4.0 SP6. Any info on how to accomplish this is very much appreciated. Thanks

I would think you should be able to do it with 2 NICs. I'd suggest using 2 different brands for the NICs though, so you can tell them apart. 🙂

Some other people should be able to give you more info.

out of curiosity, why aren't the two servers on the same network? anyway, two nic's should work. use the same logic that you would use to connect a high speed line through a server to share the internet with its users. one nic is connected to the internal network, and one is connected to the external network(ala Internet). good luck
