I'm running a 2500+ Barton on an Asus A7N8X Deluxe board, and motherboard monitor is reading out 62C for a die, but 31 C for the socket. This doesn't seem right at all...anybody?

Sitting on top of the CPU is a Thermalrite SLK-900 and an 80mm Tornado fan. Everything is seated right, Arctic Silver 3 between die and heatsink; room ambient around...75-78F.

Bios flashed, etc.
