Is this possible with any SINGLE video card out there?

So I currently have a 8800GT with two dvi outputs. i got a dual monitor setup, and every time i want to output something to the tv, i have to swap one of the monitors out for the TV via DVI to HDMI cable.

is it possible via an adapter or something to have them output all at once?
 
not unless you want two of the displays to show the same thing at the same resolution. if that's the case, you can use a cheap splitter.
 
Some HD4850x2 cards have 4 DVI outputs (I think...), the older 3870x2 do for sure. Technically those are single cards 😛
