The highest I've seen before this one was 7.3 GHz on a 670 done by a Japanese OC'er who has the SuperPi 1M record at 17 seconds. I'm not sure if this one is official though.

I noticed that there are no commas between the supported instructions. In every other CPU-Z screen I've seen there are commas. So maybe this is a photoshop.

I think this was posted a while ago. With that one it was some sort of bug with cpu-z showing the high clock speed.

the record i think was 7.6 Ghz windows boot. Im not sure if it was prime stable or not. If intel could have got the thremals fixed on netburst we would be at that speed right now.
