I was messing out on google earth and i was looking up delaware and im wondering is all that shit in the water oil ? the water looks filthy is this pollution or is this just the way it looks.

I would guess runoff. where river and ocean meet is always nasty also. Oh and for some ugly agua, go look at south west florida. I think its phosphate mining or something.
