No, it's not Poison Ivy.

Poison ivy's appearance can vary greatly. But it will always have leaves of three, afaik. I have PI growing all over the shaded areas of my property. it's a bitch to get rid of after it gets a solid foothold.

The larger pic looks like there may possibly be some poison oak mixed in with the other vines, but it's hard to tell for sure.

If you are seeing some ivy with 5 leaves, it isn't poison. I know what you're talking about because I see it around here too but its harmless. Very similar leaf shape but it spreads faster and the shade of green is also different.
 
Can't see enough of the plant. I'd still say no, but am less certain than the first. That looks like a maple seedling :^D
