IMO no.. I don't like ECS and would never buy one (at least currently, we'll see how their new stuff turns out)

Although for the price, if it works good, you've come out with a good deal.

There are other combos offered on pricewatch. Look for an nforce3 board. Ecs has a very limited warranty, and charges a significant handling fee to return boards. I'd go for epox at a similar price.
