I was looking at this site to use as an escrow service but it domain name was registered yesterday. Also the page you enter in the personal information is not secure. Is this a scam? I was asked to use it specifically by someone.

I should add it looks strikingly similar to www.escrow.com.

Unsecure data entry seems to me more of a sloppy implementation issue. I don't know about scamming, but I do note that there's no Verisign or equivalent. For one, I've never heard of them.
