Is this legit? (comcast internet 19.99 6 mo)

I was interested in getting internet back, and saw ads like this on google. Just wondering if this was legit or not before i went ahead with it.

I don't know about that site specifically, but there's a thread in Hot Deals that shows how to get Comcast for 19.99 for 6 months and a rebate as well.

Comcast has really screwy pricing - they run specials all the time and don't always tell you about them unless you ask.

Their billing department must be chaos - seems like everyone I know pays something different for cable. I pay $44 for regular cable and internet. I have the $20/mo internet deal, I'm not sure if it was good for a year or 6 months - but I signed up in December.

That is legit, but there are better deals out there that you can only get directly from the local sales rep. Call him up.

I got comast digital hd gold, hbo + sho w/ broadband for $60 a month for 1 year. $50 for cable and $10 for Internet.

Shop around.

Comcast runs that promotion through BestBuy every now and then too. I ended up signing up at BB for that very reason. I was able to get a free cable modem after MIR, a free install kit, a $20 BB GC, and a $60 check for the first 3 months of service (to make the price $19.99 a month....)

So hold out for the promotions and never buy direct from CC.
