Maybe she should see if any illegal software is there also. You can screw him for that and also get the BSA on them.

Her boss claims that since she is a "professional" she has a different pay arrangement(meaning salary). Her checks are never the same and are based on the number of hours she works so tell me how can she not be an hourly employee?! My girlfriend is very timid and shy so she has allowed this to go on for so long. She was recently raised to $11.50 an hour so you can understand my grief.

the penitales are hugh for screwing empoleys if you can prove it I think it is up to triple damages.
