Yes it is and no its not

This Dell flatpanel uses an older display standard than the current DVI. If you tried to use a current DVI capable video card (e.g. Radeon64VIVO) it would not work.

Hence the included video card, which is a Number Nine brand card with an S3 Savage3D chipset (not even an Savage2000).

Considering, Number Nine is out of business (or bought out) and S3 (aka SonicBlue) sold its graphics biz to Via good luck trying to get drivers.

I would go for a ~$500 15" instead.
