If the guy died where the body is in middle, then I'd say no because that's pretty damn common. Besides a wallhacker wouldn't have to wait that long to shoot him, where the body fell indicates slow reaction. If the guy died in CT spawn which is through the wall and way past where he's looking at, then yeah it's a wallhack.
